Service Description

This treatment uses a magnesium thermal wrapped infrared sauna session followed by a combination of our signature lymphatic massage and traditional deep tissue massage. The heat from the sauna and magnesium wrap help to stimulate circulation while the deep tissue uses slower and pressurized strokes that helps to break adhesions in tendons, muscle, and ligaments.
